Terms & Conditions

A cleaning/key/damage deposit of £75.00 is payable on arrival which will be returned to you by post providing the luxury lodge is left in the same condition as found.

You will be required to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the morning of departure to allow time for cleaning.

Your arrival will be welcomed from 4.00pm until 7.00pm.

All terms are per-week and a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per-week is payable on booking. The balance is due six weeks before the day of arrival.

One vehicle per lodge ONLY. Any additional unauthorised vehicles will be charged at £15 per day or part thereof. No Commercial Vehicles.

One small dog is permitted (more than one by special arrangement only) at a charge per dog of £50.00 per-week or £35.00 per short break. You must tell us that you are bringing your dog when making your booking. NO DOGS permitted in the Premier Lodge.

Short breaks are:
Monday - Friday (4 nights mid week) or
Friday to Monday (3 nights weekend)
